Welcome to GlowUpAuto! We’re committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and transparently. Please review our shipping policy carefully before completing your purchase.


1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after your payment has been confirmed. Once dispatched, your order will be handled by one of our trusted shipping partners. You will receive a tracking link via email once your order is on the way.


2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • Australia (including all states and territories)

  • United States

  • Canada

  • United Kingdom

  • New Zealand

  • Philippines

  • Selected countries in Europe, Asia & Africa

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and delivery method. You'll see all charges clearly before payment.

International orders may be subject to local duties or taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.


4. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Australia: 3–7 business days

  • New Zealand / USA / UK / Canada: 7–14 business days

  • Other International Locations: 10–20 business days

Please note: Delivery times may vary due to location, customs, or carrier delays.


5. Tracking Your Order

You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has shipped. If you haven’t received it within 3 days of ordering, check your spam/junk folder or contact us at support@glowupauto.store.


6. Lost / Delayed Packages

We do our best to get your order to you on time, but we rely on third-party couriers and are not responsible for delays caused by postal services.

  • If your order is marked as “in transit”, we must wait until it either arrives or is confirmed as lost by the courier before taking further action.

  • If your package is marked as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors, your local post office, or your building’s delivery area before reaching out.

  • If a missing mail claim is filed, please allow 14 days for resolution before we consider resending your order.


7. Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. GlowUpAuto is not responsible for delayed or lost orders due to incorrect addresses. If a reshipment is required due to customer error, a flat $5.99 reshipment fee will apply.


8. Returns Due to Delivery Issues

If a package is returned to us due to delivery failure (e.g. incorrect address or unclaimed), we reserve the right to charge a return handling fee of $5.99 before re-shipping or refunding your order.


9. Policy Updates

We may update this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with the updated effective date.
