Return Policy

At GlowUpAuto, we stand by the quality of our products and aim to give you the best possible experience. While all sales are considered final, we do allow refunds under very specific conditions outlined below.


1. Eligibility for Refunds

We currently offer refunds only if all of the following apply:

  • The product is unopened, sealed, and returned in its original packaging (including the shipping box).

  • The item is returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • You cover the cost of return shipping.

  • The item has not been opened or used, especially in cases where the product contains hazardous materials, which legally cannot be returned once opened.

If the item has been opened, used, or is not in its original condition, a refund will not be issued.


2. International Orders

Due to strict shipping regulations and high logistics costs for hazardous materials, international orders (outside of Australia and New Zealand) are non-refundable and non-returnable. Once your package has cleared customs, we are unable to issue any returns or refunds.


3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our support team at support@glowupauto.store within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number and a clear explanation of the reason for the return.

  3. Wait for return approval and follow the provided instructions before shipping the item back.

The product must be returned using proper shipping procedures, especially if it contains chemical or hazardous materials. We are not responsible for packages returned without prior communication.


4. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • If approved, we’ll process the refund using the original payment method.

  • Refunds are typically issued within 2–10 business days, depending on your bank. (Note: This timing is managed by Shopify Payments, not GlowUpAuto, and cannot be expedited.)

⚠️ Refunds may be denied or reduced if the item is returned damaged or incomplete.


5. Policy Updates

GlowUpAuto reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the latest effective date.
